Самое уютное отделение, где работники адекватные, весь процесс работы направлен на комфорт людей, чаще нет необходимости ждать извещение, сотрудники просто звонят и сообщают обо всем лично)

Ужасное отделение, хамство, работают не по графику, иногда с 14 до 17, не пойми как, иногда отдают мне посылки за моего мужа, иногда не отдают, как настроение у них, ужас просто, если уж нельзя отдавать второму лицу, так зачем иногда отдавать, мне кажется в деревне лучше работают. За такой график халявный грех работать без настроения. Одна женщина только нормальная в возрасте которая, а молодые все как с цепи сорвалась. По адресу Маршала Крылова 1 а

Это тихий ужас! Для того, чтобы отправить простое заказник письмо нужно простоять в очереди не меньше часа-полутора!!! Для всех операций связанных с деньгами(оплата ЖКХ, отправка заказных писем, получение пенсий и т.п.) работает одна, единственная касса и вся очередь по 9-10 человек в неё! По моему единственное место в стране где остались очереди, это Почта России!
