Две недели с 28.07.2020 заказное письмо , с жизненно важными документами ,пролежало в ОПС номер 12 ! Ни одного извещения не было !!! С 3.08.2020 Через день звонила сама , проверяли , отвечали ничего нет !!! Что это вообще за работа отделения ???!!!

Ужас!!! Сущий ад, а не отделение. 7.07 народ стоит с 9 утра и на момент написания отзыва( 7.07 13:34) до сих пор не обслужены! Я все понимаю, что операторы работают на дизморали, но наверное начальству нужно как-то мотивировать работников. Короче всей душой и телом не рекомендую это отделение! Максимум на что оно годится, так это на чтение книг и прослушивание музыки во время ожидания. Так вы будете находиться в тепле с утра до вечера не находясь дома. Желаю всего плохого начальству и персоналу. Жалоба направлена в соответвующие органы!

Это отделение придумано для издевательства над людьми. В очереди можно простоять до 2-го пришествия. Толку нет от электронных билетов, если работает всего 1 окно. Да и в том оператор еле живая.
