Большая очередь при одном операторе. И, как оказалось, отсутствует требуемая мне коробка для посылки. 30 минут потрачено зря. Пришлось ехать в ПО на Маерчака, где ни очереди, и большой выбор коробок.

Хочу рассказать о некомпетентности, хитрости и наглости сотрудников данного почтового отделения. 14.09.2020 пришёл отправить вещи, которые у меня купили на авито. Оператор данного отделения Абакумова О.С. приняла у меня посылку и предложила оплатить упаковку. Я тогда не знал, что при отправке с авито, упаковка входит в стоимость доставки и продавец платить за неё не должен. На сайте авито русским по белому написано "бесплатный пакет или коробку". Я попросил покупателя компенсировать мне затраты на упаковку но он отказался, сказав что упаковка бесплатная. То же самое подтвердили и в колл центре почты России. Сегодня 15.09.2020 я пришёл в это отделение чтобы вернуть свои деньги. Однако Абакумова общалась со мной пренебрежительно и нагло и деньги вернуть отказалась. Будьте осторожны в этом отделении работают лгуны и мошенники которые разведут вас и глазом не моргнут. А абакумовой я хочу передать отдельно подавись ты этими 150 рублями за коробку. Купишь на них себе водки или ещё что нибудь, шамнунь например.

Почта России потеряла справку, заказанную в апреле. В июле заказала ещё раз. Пришла в это отделение получать посылку 4 сентября, оказалось, она лежала у них с 12 (!) июля, мне об этом не сказали, я просто пришла искать пропажу. Когда получила посылку, сказали, что справка была выслана обратно в Москву, извещения не было ни в почтовом ящике, ни по телефону. Вопрос так и не решён, идёт шестой месяц. Вот так работают. Нужно ещё раз заказывать и молиться, что дойдёт.
