Работают как при коммунизме, хамство, очереди по 20 человек(это не приувелечение!), как ни приду работает только одно окно, которое и переводы осуществляет и ЖКХ оплачивает,и что бы просто получить свою посылку нужно прождать минимум 30 мин, а уж если перед тобой кто то отправляет 20 заказных писем, выписывает газету или переводит деньги, можно уже и не стоять. Операторы постоянно ошибаются, консультируются друг у друга «куда нажимать», «что писать в этой графе» и тп.. Постоянно нет коробок. Безобразие.

Безобразное отношение к клиентам! Хожу 10й год в это отделение, а работает оно только хуже... Заедает входная дверь, люди недовольны, а им говорят - "вы ходите и хлопаете, вы виноваты!" Последний пример - пришла купить коробку для отправления посылки - оказалось, что есть только маленькие коробки. Оператор предлагает сходить в другое почтовое отделение, на другой конец города. При этом предупреждает - "мне не приносите большие коробки! у меня весы сломаны!" Спрашивается - если весы сломаны, как она взвешивает посылку (она при этом посылки отправляет) и почему нельзя весы починить? И такое хамское отношение во всем.
