Присоединяюсь к оратору выше. Ситуация довольно-таки похожая. Посылка пришла в ноябре месяце, с ноября месяца никакого извещения, в базе есть мой номер, на вопрос почему нету извещения сказали что вина почтальонов и всё точка, на вопрос почему не позвонили сказали то что не звонят они точка собственно я потерял деньги свои за заказ а товар уехал обратно к продавцу. Уважаемая администрация примите меры к почтальонам Потому что это не первый раз когда мне не доходит извещение о посылке.

Не думала, что такое бывает, но оказывается у нас есть адекватные отделения почтовой связи! Очереди конечно все равно остаются большими, но зато движется достаточно быстро. Персонал вежливый, все объяснит и подскажет. Приходила туда отправлять заказные письма несколько раз- никогда дольше 20 минут там не задерживалась. Приятно, что все-таки есть еще такие люди, которые работают на совесть!))

Просторный зал ожидания, живая очередь, удобные часы работы. Всвязи с эпидемией по коронавирусу почта ежедневно закрывается на санитарную обработку с 14.00 до 14.30. Сотрудники внимательные, всегда работает больше одного специалиста, очередь идёт быстро. Принимают к отправке и выдают посылки, бандероли, заказные письма. Отправляют посылки из почтового отделения ежедневно около 18.00. Так что, если сдать посылку до этого времени, то уйдёт в день сдачи.
