получала посылку 11 октября. позвонили с почты почти в 6 часов вечера, было воскресенье. посылку сотрудник поставил прямо на пол, а не на весы. принесла домой посылку, оказалось, что в посылке не хватает веса почти два кг. но что делать? моя вина, надо было взвешивать. но почему мне ее бросили на пол? я пенсионерка и мне пришлось поднимать ее с пола. пошла на следующий день, сказала сотруднику. ( она представилась зам. начальника), она ответила: не может быть. вот так выставили дурой. и вот сейчас 29 декабря моя посылка покинула сортировку, я пошла на почту уже вечером, но посылки там не оказалось, таже зам. мне еще и нагрубила, будто я прошу у нее не свою посылку а ее зарплату. сегодня 30 декабря, посылки так и нет в почтовом отделении. и никто не знает когда прибудет посылка в почтовое отделение. посылка пять суток потрошилась на Стойбище, это под Казанью есть такой центр

Научите своих работников разговаривать по телефону. Позвонила узнать о работе отделения и возможности забрать заказ. Девушка по телефону ужасно нахамила, от «че у вас?» до «у нас вообще-то обед».
