Невозможно дозвониться совершенно! Второй день пытаюсь дозвониться, - бесполезно. Пришло смс о поступлении моей посылки, я отправилась её забирать, простояла в очереди, а по итогу её ещё нет. Она пришла, но выдать пока не могут. Сказали приходить в другой день. Теперь пытаюсь дозвониться, чтобы узнать о состоянии посылки (чтобы зря с работы не уезжать раньше), а трубки никто и не берет. Либо занято, либо не берут. Отвратительная работа почтового отделения, и так было всегда, сколько помню. Если бы можно было поставить 0, так бы и сделала.

Почтовое отделение отвратительное, постоянные очереди. Один раз мою посылку отдали чужому человеку, а мне-его. Оформила подписку на газеты бабушке на полугодие, так за 3 месяца принесли 3 издания, хотя один журнал положен раз в неделю, а газета - 2 раза в месяц. Заведующая ни с кем нормально не может общаться

Можно узнать,как долго хранится посылка после прибытия? Т.к в другом городе,не могу забрать сразу.

Пришла на почту, сказали, что теперь не принимают бандероли, а только посылками отправляют, так велело им начальство. Это вообще как понимать? Они по закону не имеют права отменять пересылку бандеролей. Пришлось идти в другое почтовое отделение, чтобы отправить.

Бардак. Не приняли международную посылку, прикрываясь списком запрещённых вещей, хотя посылка к нему никакого отношения не имеет. Приплели какие-то патогены, не понимая, видимо, значения этого слова
