Само отделение и сотрудники почты просто супер! Вежливые, доброжелательные ну а вот Кудряшева(надеюсь она хоть фамилию свою по правде сказала)просто МИГЕРА!БЕДНЫХ ПЕНСИОНЕРОВ ПРОСТО МУЧАЕТ И НЕ ДУМАЕТ ЧТО ОНА ТОЖЕ КОГДА ТО ПОСТАРЕЕТ.ЗАТО КАК УВИДИТ ХОРОШЕНЬКОГО МУЖЧИНУ ТО СРАЗУ БЕЖИТ ПОМОЧЬ САМА ИЩЕТ ПОСЫЛКИ И САМА МИЛО УЛЫБАЯСЬ ВСЕ ПРОБИВАЕТ)))А потом как мужчина отойдет опять начинает хамить людям! Выше стоящее начальство примите пожалуйста меры

В этом отделении всегда работает только один оператор и всегда очереди. Сотрудники очень не любят, когда приходят с детьми, настойчиво простят прогуливаться с ребенком на улице пока очередь не подойдет.Очереди большие, так как многие приходят на почту оплачивать коммунальные платежи, потому что почта берет 1,5 процента комиссии, а Сбербанк - 3%.Единственное время, когда можно отправить посылку быстро, это 8 утра.

Мне из Якутии отправили бандероль. Почтовое отделение 117133 по непонятной причине отправило эту бандероль назад. Написала заявление о случившемся начальнику отделения, отнесла 16.01.2021, ответа нет, а уже вторую бандероль вернули в Якутию. Отправитель потратил время и деньги 400 рублей на две бандероли. Кто будет компенсировать? Почему мне не пришли извещения? В Якутии, где - 50 мороза, почта работает, извещения приходят, получателю даже звонят о посылках. А что творится в Москве? Кто ответит?

Приветливые сотрудники, это приятно. Правда из 4 окон работает только 2. 24го июня 20 минут стояла в очереди чтобы забрать посылку (что заняло 3 минуты)

Сейчас 18,00, отделение согласно расписанию работает до 20.00, тем не менее к указанному на сайте отделения телефону никто подходить не желает. Безобразие!!!
