Всё хорошо, но ремонт бы не помешал. А так хорошее отделение с нормальным персоналом. Да и очередь поживей обслуживают.

Работники вежливые и терпеливые, народ хамит, а девочки на почте всё спокойно обьясняют. Да ремонта нет, но виноваты же не они. Наше почтовое отделение хорошее.

В шоке!приходит значит мой молодой человек (не муж,фамилии разные,печати нет и тд)с моими посылочками с великого и могучего алиэкспресса) спрашиваю как забрал ?говорит ну в ящик заглянул ,смотрю извещения лежат ,пошёл да забрал .вопрос :почему посылки отдают кому попало ?они были на мое имя ,ничего страшного конечно не произошло ,посылки всё-таки в моих руках ,но допустим если бы я готовила сюрприз или подарок ?настроение явно бы было испорчено

Насколько я знаю, если приходишь с извещением то паспортные данные не требуются. А вот, если говоришь трек-номер, то требуют паспорт. В почтовый ящик-то как залезет кто-нибудь другой. Он же на замке (может у вас значительно отличаются)

Наша почта самая лучшая, а лучшая она благодаря работникам! Лицо герба Почта РФ - достойно внимания в виде денежной премии. Обслуживают быстро, конфликтов нет. Об ошибке оператора которая была описана выше, можно сказать лишь одно - да ситуация неприятная, НО не ошибается тот кто ничего не делает! если представить объемы вводимых данных то можно понять оператора почты. Спасибо за компетентное обслуживание 21 века, хотя обстановка, в виде интерьера, - "совок" )) но и в этом есть своя прелесть и романтизм.
