В отличие от других почтовых отделений помещение просторное. Работают всего три окна, но редко сразу три. Чаще 1-2 оператора работают к посетителями. В целом персонал адекватный.

Почтовое отделение нравится близким расположением. Мой индекс 400012, но мне удобнее забирать посылки с этого адреса! Персонал приветливый. Плохие дни бывают у всех. Длинные очереди образуются из-за людей, не умеющих платить за квартиру через банкоматы!! Конечно посылки можно и быстрее оформлять, если вы это каждый день делаете. Бывает в мой ящик кидают посылки совершенно других людей! И ладно если с одного подъезда, а были и другие адреса. Это претензии к почтальонам!! В остальном все устраивает.

Почта России - это прям крик души. Поход в почтовое отделение стал ужаснее чем в поликлинику. Все знают про очереди, про хамское отношение работников, про неорганизованность труда, зависающие компьютеры и т.д. Это есть во всех, наверное, отделениях. Сегодня в 9 утра зашла сюда по делу и увидела замечательную картину: пустое почтовое отделение, 1 работника и очередь из теток. На мой вопрос можно ли что-то оплатить мне грубо рявкнули : "Я здесь одна, что не видно? Приходите когда-нибудь потом..." Больше информации я не получила, тетка в очереди объяснила, что этот сотрудник может только письма выдавать и все. Сервис как всегда на высоте.

81 отделение аналогично. Если заказываете что-то из-за границы, будьте готовы простоять в очереди от 40 до 1,5 часов и не любят они наши заранее оплаченные посылки, и окошко может закрыться на технический перерыв!
