Поторопилась с положительным отзывом. Все таки Почта России это непредсказуемое место. Достаточно быстро получила сегодня свою посылку, но сотрудница в окне №3, работавшая сегодня, 17 августа- просто неадекват. Может перегрелась? Можно и не кричать, что в этом окне обслуживаются только юр. лица, мне в этом окне ранее уже выдавали посылки как частному лицу. И вообще- в каком окне выдадут посылку- тот еще квест.

Реально твердая пять Почте России и данному отделению. Раз в 1-2 месяца получаю посылки из интернет-магазина Москвы. Во-первых, они реально мчатся. неделя после отправки- и они в почтовом отделении. Раньше об этом и мечтать нельзя было. Во-вторых удобная система отслеживания- по треку видно, где посылка находится в реальном времени. По почте приходит уведомление- когда она поступает в отделение. В - третьих- нет, вообще нет очередей. Пару раз стояла в очереди, когда в разгар всем известных событий попадала в часы обеда, а потом запускали по 1-2 человека. При этом потом очередь из 10-15 чел рассасывалась за 15-20 минут. Сегодня получила посылку за 5 мин (!). Удобная система получения по коду в смс, если ранее зарегистрировался. Даже паспорт доставать не нужно. Прямо не верится, что это Почта России, раньше это слово было нарицательным. Но все меняется...
