Ничего не изменилось,как работали в угоду себе,так и продолжают работать.Часто остается один оператор,а остальные закроются в одной из комнат,вот и жди своей очереди при одном операторе,делаешь замечание жалуются на зарплату, странные работники,не устраивает зарплата ищи другую работу,ежели работаешь будь добра исполнять свои обязанности.

Фасад отделения и вообще дома желает лучшего и с парковкой печально,маленькая да ещё и не чистят её

Интернета в районе данного отделения нет и при этом руководству безразлична данная проблема, клиенты не получить не отправить не могут. Неужели так сложно поставить бесплатный wifi для клиентов, как к примеру сделала это ТК Энергия расположенная в этом же районе.

Вежливый персонал , редко когда дольше 5-10 минут в очереди. Без проблем отправляю письма 1 классом, а так же получаю посылки с АлиЭкспресс и не только.

На входе в подъезд обнаружила два уведомления о письмах, предназначены другим адресатам, срок хранения заканчивается! Люди не получат оповещения! Дозвониться, составить обращение на почту невозможно! Кто за это ответит?

Мне нравится данное отделение почты. Намного лучше многих, а мне поверьте есть с чем сравнивать. Отзывчивые, вежливые девушки работают, очередей практически нет. Вы бы побывали на почте на Красном проспекте, где очередь на улице стоит, на Холодильной такая же история. На Дачной одно письмо оформляют по 20 минут. И странная сотрудница, которая сама с собой разговаривает и смеётся. В общем цените то, что имеете. Один минус, это график работы. Иногда приезжаешь, а двери закрыты. И в 2ГИС информации нет.
