Безобразное наплевательское отношение к клиентам.Всегда никакого отношения ко всему происходяшему в зале.У одной аппарат перестал работать,другая на перерыв побежала а очередь не один десяток.Они как то привязаны к качеству выполнения своей работы?И

Ужасное обслуживание, пришла получить денежный перевод от форсаж, а мне просто сказали нет денег, такое ощущение как будто это не городское почтовое отделение, а находиться в глухой деревни!

Дно! Отправила родителям подарок по ЕМС , отдала за отправку 2000тр. В ожидании того , что всё придёт вовремя. Но нет же , посылка потярялась , на ГЛ говорят пишите письмо на розыск , которое рассматривается в течении 30!!! Дней! Вы испортили весь праздничный настрой! Горите в аду!

Электронная очередь не работает, живая очередь длинная. Сотрудники работают хорошо, не хамят. Когда приходила в первый раз, никто не показывал недовольства при долгой регистрации. Короче ходила уже много раз, всё нормально. Главное - ходить в будние дни, когда все на работе и очереди не большие

Молодцы ребята! Работают хорошо. Только клиенты уже вообще офигели напрочь. Запомните клиенты одно золотое правило почты России сотрудники выполняют свои обязанности..а не по настроению досылают ваши посылки
