Выписала газету "городские НОВОСТИ" 2 раза в неделю с июля, сегодня 11 июля ни одной газеты не получила. До звониться не возможно. Пришла выяснять ситуацию, оператор обьяснила отсутствие газет тем, что им подали не правильные списки и газеты принесут позже. Только не понятно, почему я должна платить за старые газеты? я их не для макулатуры покупала. Кто перепутал тот пусть их и выкупает( может в следующий раз проверят, прежде чем отправить). По телефону этот вопрос так же нельзя было решить, т к оператор сказала., что она РАБОТАЕТ и ей некогда бегать к телефону( купите ей трубку!). Ни кому не советую выписывать газеты , чтоб узнать новости( только если любите старые), да и журналы тоже. В прошлом году так же пыталась добиться, чтоб принесли журнал. Выписываю для бабушки, поэтому и приходиться разбираться. Хотелось бы обратной связи или почта не заинтересована в подписчиках?( их и так немного осталось ). платонова тв

Хожу сюда только по воскресеньям, так как у моего ПО выходной. Очередей никогда не было. Девушки хорошо работают и всегда радуются, что у меня наклеены художественные марки на конверты. Приятно. Большое светлое помещение, ничего плохого сказать не могу)
