Крайне не советую брать кредит в этом банке. Впаривают доп. продукты страхования, убеждая тебя, что без них не одобрят кредит. Сотрудник Анна Третьякова, это про вас! Сдал все деньги назад на следующий день и закрыл кредит. Сейчас буду вынужден самостоятельно обращаться с заявлениями в организации страхования для расторжения договоров по этим дополнительным продуктам, чтобы вернуть потраченные на них деньги. В коллцентре отмазываются изо всех сил, намекая что разговор с сотрудником они не слышали (а я записал на диктофон кстати). Такое ощущение, что банк умышленно вводит клиентов в заблуждение. Потерял почти 22 000 рублей, чтобы расторгнуть договор и досрочно закрыть кредит. Готовлю иск в суд на возмещение ущерба и сообщение заведомо ложной информации в целях получения коммерческой прибыли.

Огроменное очереди за транспортными картами. Ели как проталкнулись, чтоб пройти в первое окно. Сам персонал вежливый.
