Задумка хорошая, реализация ...эххх. Электронная очередь. Окон порядка 20, в зале всего 3 посетителя и....ждут очереди. Как? Меня пригласили в окошко, но окна с таким номером НЕТ, точнее нет номера на окошке. Электронная очередь позволяет видеть, какая у меня операция и вызвать к специалисту, который умеет и знает. Нет, это снова не про нас! Окошко нашла, но меня сразу "сбросили" на соседку. Там девушка запуталась и попыталась меня выпроводить. Вопрос лотерей. Я настояла, чтобы еще раз сделали всё внимательно. Не с первого раза мне это удалось.

Обслуживаюсь в 1 отделении Калинина 18 Это лучшее отделение в городе Чистое светлое отделение европейского уровня Обслуживание выше всяких похвал Посылки выделены отдельно девочки умницы ОТдельная благодарность Наташе Роженко и Алене Начальник Валентина войлошникова профессионал и умница .. Некоторых сотрудниц стоит обходит стороной за километр, отношение действительно хамское (но если уж у вас острая необходимость, то, пожалуй, стоит смириться и потерпеть). Сам почтамт свою функцию выполняет, посылку вам отправят, но после «обслуживания» вам никто не гарантирует хорошее настроение на день. Одна звезда именно за функциональность Почты России.
