Пошел во вторник на почту,почта работает до 19,пришел в 18:20,думая,что даже если очередь какая-то,все быстро сейчас получу(ага,наивный)Прихожу,передо мной 5 человек,а у них какой-то технический перерыв,классно,остался последний час работы,а у вас очередь и технический перерыв до 18:40.Потом пришел во вторник,уже сразу после работы,в 17:30 примерно и стоял в очереди час.Причём есть 2 окна,одно называется вб,другое почта получение,отправление.Я встал в очередь почты,потому что пришел за письмом,как подошла моя очередь,работница встала и сказала,моя смена закончилась.Пришлось вставать в другую очередь и прождать еще.

Хорошее отделение, жаль только что помещение малюсенькое. Ну, не повезло 155-му. В советскую бытность всунули почту в квартирки первого этажа жилого дома, совершенно не рассчитанные на большие потоки клиентов. На 3 кв.м. и вдвоём тесно! ) В конце дня очередь, естественно, выстраивается в коридоре, но там можно сесть, предусмотрительно поставили скамейки. Сотрудники, не поднимая головы, без перерывов обслуживают клиентов. Поражаюсь их терпению и такту. Никогда не слышала от работников ни одной обидной реплики. Особая благодарность начальнику отделения! С его приходом почта всегда работает четко, по графику. А раньше можно было прийти в рабочие часы и увидеть закрытую дверь. Это неудивительно. Работать за мизерную зарплату никто не хочет. Так что, друзья, не ругаться надо, что работает одно окно, а в пояс поклониться тому, кто в этом окне ещё сидит! А руководству Почты России я бы посоветовала оптимизировать пространство 155 отделения путем переноса клиентского зала в левую часть. Кажется, там места для окошек и людей будет побольше.

Хорошее почтовое отделение. Хамства и даже хамоватости у сотрудниц нет. В зале есть несколько стульев для посетителей в случае очереди. Есть "электронная очередь", что просто замечательно! Работает только одно окошко, но это не от сотрудников почты зависит. Вторая сотрудница, иногда сидящая в зале и не ведущая приём граждан, всегда готова отвлечься на вопрос посетителя.
