Это ужас!!! Отделение, согласна, хорошее. Сразу хочу добавить, что я человек не конфликтный, что бы меня вывести, надо очень постараться. Но одна сотрудница, сидела на второй кассе, хамло жуткое!!!! Передо мной стояло три человека, время 20 минут до перерыва, каждого человека она обслуживает 10 минут +, очередь набежала ещё больше, на неё начинают ворчать люди, она с удовольствием им с хамством отвечает, говорит что они ее все бесят и она работает как хочет. Открыли с трудом ещё одну кассу, один человек, передо мной ушёл туда. Время 13:15, напоминаю, что за 35 минут она еле обслужила двух людей, настала моя очередь, за мной ещё 5-10 человек. Подхожу и она с наглостью, в лоб мне говорит, что у неё 15 минут перерыв и отслуживать она меня не будет, и что надо было раньше приходить. Извините, конечно, но я пришла давно. Завязался спор, в котором она, с удовольствием, конечно, погрызлась со мной. В итоге другая сотрудница попросила ее все таки меня обслужить, та в свою очередь с наглостью, опять же, сказала, сейчас я бумажки разложу и обслужу. Дел там, две минуты, выдавит деньги и чек напечатать. Она конечно же делала это супер медленно. Я спросила у неё фамилию, на что она сразу начала меня игнорировать. Я призываю, разобраться с этой сотрудницей, потому что, если вам не наплевать на репутацию своего отделения, то таких сотрудников надо гнать оттуда!!!!!! Это отвратительно!!!!!! Наглость и грубость этой сотрудницы зашкаливает!!!!!! Сфотографировать ее я не успела, т.к. к сожалению, сел телефон.
