Сотрудники терпеливые и вежливые. Работает одно окно. Время от времени отваливается сеть(смс подтверждения, проверка активных посылок) Отправка одного письма может занять добрый час(если вам надо подходить к окну несколько раз)

Хорощий персонал, если увеличить в 2 раза, будет адекватно. Как не придешь, на обслуживание один человек. Может зарплату платить нормальную, чтоб количество сотрудников увеличить.

Отлично работают! График аж до 20-00, очень удобно после работы забирать посылки. Не надо гнать на ребят пургу, все недовольные идите лесом! Работают за такие гроши, которые там платят, при таком графике, им низкий поклон.

Я очень не довольна! Мелкие предметы не кладут в ящик! И приходится в очереди стоять за очень мелким предметом, который и так в ящик помещается! Это кошмар

Самая главная претензия к графику работы, который можно узнать только дозвонившись до работников, либо прочитав его уже на двери почтового отделения. Пусть вас не вводит в заблуждение штамп с режимом работы на извещениях - он не соответствует действительности. Впрочем, на двери график тоже не всегда актуален. Никаких извинений и предупреждающих надписей в таком случае - просто решетка и темно за стеклом в рабочие часы. В остальном, надеюсь, стараются. Наконец, увидела две очереди на оплату квитанций и на получение посылок.
