Пришел отправлять посылку Авито доставкой. У меня коньки. Мне тетушка выносит пакет и говорит - "Можете положить в пакет, но они скорее всего раздавятся. Или можете купить коробку. " Я ей отвечаю - "Но ведь в договоре написано, что вы и коробку должны предоставлять." А она - "Должны, но не будем. У нас нет. Не хотите покупать, идите в другое отделение, может там есть." Вот такой сервис. В прочем, ничего удивительного.

Нормальная почта. Часто бываю в выходные. Несколько раз отправляла посылки. Сотрудники почты к моим клееным коробкам сильно не придираются. На какие-то дополнительные просьбы реагируют положительно. Я повидала очень много почт. Эта одна из нормальных. А учитывая отсутствие очередей, то просто супер.

Отделение маленькое, чаще всего работает один оператор. Если вам нужно только получить посылку или бандероль, возможно придется отстоять в общей очереди в кассу. Часто большие очереди, очень медленно работают сотрудники (или сама система в компьютере такая медленная, что один человек обслуживается так долго). Удобнее зайти сюда в субботу, практически всегда никого нет, быстро можно получить\отправить.

Маленькое, душное и вонючее место. Можно в очереди из 3-4 человек простоять запросто 30-40-50 минут. Отвратительное отделение. Часто теряют или неправильно носят уведомления. Но к сожалению Почта России это отражение самой России, и пока мы терпим это, все это будет продолжаться до бесконечности. Реально нашей почте не хватает стандарта работы и качества.
