Безумное место. 1 касса, толпища народу, сумасшедший бардак за стойкой. Только персонал старается. Но место функционирует отвратно, исходя из вечно толпящихся людей, которым пофигу на соц дистанцию. Заведующую уволить.

Пришла посылка в отделение, сотрудница заявила якобы им даётся 24 часа на сортировку и "о каких сроках вы вообще говорите? Кто вам это сказал?" Рассмеялась и ушла. Я позвонила в службу поддержки, мне там сказали что эта дама внаглую врёт и ни о каких 24 часах речи вообще нет. После звонка моя посылка волшебным образом спустя минут 20 стала ожидать адресата в месте вручения. Эта дама куда-то спряталась и когда я получала посылку у другой девушки только тогда стала где-то на фоне мельтешить. Вывод: видимо без волшебного пендаля от руководства работать они не могут, любят поязвить и посмеяться над людьми. В этот же день мужчина вышел из почты с матами на одну из сотрудниц (предполагаю что на неё же).

Извещения почти всегда не доходят! Непонятная для клиента распределение отделов для выдачи посылок. Работает одно окно, всегда очереди!

Пока только положительные эмоции оставило это отделение. Несмотря на очереди, посылку я получила быстро. Персонал вежливый. Ничего не потерялось, все в целости и сохранности. Больше "3" ставить не буду, чтоб не сглазить. P.S. корректирую свой отзыв на 25.01.2019: хочу выразить благодарность оператору Федуловой Р. данного отделения за то, что помогла мне найти посылку дорогостоящую из другой страны. Я думала, что уже не получу её. Спасибо. 5 из 5.

Да совсем не плохое отделение! Очереди на почте, это явление не удивительное. По крайней мере воспитанный приветливый персонал, в отделении всегда чисто. Работу ведут быстро и слажено.
