Одно из самых отвратительных отделений в нашем городе. Очереди огромны, сотрудники медленные, но это не самое страшное. Главное то что что абсолютно не умеют общаться с людьми, хотят огрызаются, не хватает только язык показать тем кого обслуживаю! И самое главное сколько жалоб не писали все равно не чего не меняется

На кой х им два телефона в отделении, чтоб ни один НИКОГДА не отвечал!? Письма именно с этого отделения сами пешком до адресатов идут? Работа почтальонов просто на 0.

Кошмар!!!!! Долго объяснять, но писец обслуживание, и бредовая работа.Обман, обсчёт, хамство и тупость, что соответственно для непрофессионалов набранных с улицы.

Это не почтовое отделение...это какой то отстойник, постоянно очередь 10 - 15 человек, все стоят на улице...

Никогда не заказывайте перевозку и доставкой грузов почтой России. С Калининграда в Омск батя отправил переноски содрали 4000 руб. !!!!! Ладно бох с ними содрали в 2-3 раза больше чем любая тк так они и переломали их! Каждая стоит по 5000 руб., в мыслях даже не было распаковать там на месте, перемотаны в 10 слоев, помойка

Так получилось, что заказала я кучу посылок безтреком на распродаже алиэкспресс, всего около 10 посылок. Пара штук отслеживалось, остальное нет. Так вот за все эти 10 посылок не было НИ ОДНОГО извещения и звонка! Все что отслеживалось я забрала спокойно, так как видела, что они по треку в отделении. А все что без трека не получила и по сей день. Заказывала в марте, сейчас уже июль. Чтобы узнать о приходе посылок, нужно было постоянно ездить в почтовое отделение, ладно бы если оно рядом с домом находилось, но оно в 3 остановках от него. Что у вас с почтальоном? В самом отделении вроде неплохие работники, но вот почтальон это ...

Отделение хорошее, после ремонта светло и уютно. И очередей я больших не замечала, расторопные сотрудники.
