Отправляла сегодня посылку, которую зарегистрировала самостоятельно, целый час. Отстояла очередь в одном окне, отправили в другое окно, очередь надо было отстоять заново. Когда подошла моя очередь, не оказалось терминала, оплата только наличными. Отправили в третье окно, это что такое????? Терминал очереди не работает уже два месяца, работники почты ведут себя по хамски. Убедительная просьба организовать работу почтового отделения и провести учёбу с сотрудниками по поводу вежливого общения с гражданами.

Так как отправление посылки осуществлялось из этого отделения, пошлю свой "крик души" для начала сюда: я искренне желаю, чтобы польза, которую могли бы принести адресату вещи, украденные сотрудниками Почты России из посылки, где бы это не произошло, обернулась для них ОГРОМНЫМ НЕСЧАСТЬЕМ! А именно: пусть им вены вскроют те кассеты для бритвенного станка, которые пропали вместе с подарочным набором ко Дню защитника Отечества!!! "Спасибо" за испорченный подарок, псы!

После введения электронной очереди мгновенно всё улучшилось. До её обычно после работы ещё стоял по полтора часа. Надеюсь, что она всегда будет работать на отлично.
