Высокая оценка! Но я периодически пользуюсь услугами этого отделения почты и особых проблем не возникало. Очередь в пределах терпимого времени. Работники не особо вежливы, но к этому отношусь с пониманием. В целом "почту России", как организацию, не люблю, но когда всё не плохо, нужно уметь быть благодарным.

В данном отделении 3 окна, но работает всегда 1(!!!). На вопрос почему? Получили странный ответ, что сотрудники на обеде. И в какое бы время не пришёл-обед....

Очень хорошее почтовое отделение. Очередей как таковых нет, работники - не улитки, не грубияны. Всегда всё подскажут :) Подключили смс оповещения, чтобы мне не тратить время на заполнения паспортных данных. В общем твёрдая 5 :)

Всем привет! Живу на Карамзина уже 7 лет и иногда пользуюсь данным отделением, за все время ни разу не стоял в очереди, очень быстро работает персонал, всегда все вежливо расскажут и подскажут, помогут заполнить правильно документы для отправки. Сегодня 20.06.2020 посетил почту для получения посылки, работают в данном отделе очень приятные и вежливые девушки, сегодня работал с девушкой которая сидит слева от входа, очень отзывчивая, очень мне помогла. Желаю Вам хороших клиентов и успехов в работе, руководству если есть возможность похвалите ваших сотрудников за хорошую работу! Буду с удовольствием и дальше посещать Ваше отделение!
