На прилавках ценники по одной цене,подходишь к окошку пробивают по цене выше.Спрашиваешь:"Почему так?".В ответ раздражаются,начинают кричать.Теперь это не только почта,а хозяйственно-продуктовый магазин.

4.01.2021. Получал посылки. Одна с АлиЭкспресс оплачена при заказе, поэтому получил почти без очереди в отдельном окне. Вторая наложенным платежом из Питера. В очереди простоял минут сорок минимум. Компьютеры виснут, посылки, бандероли, письма ищут по разным углам и если не находит одна девушка, то к поиску подключается другая. Первая начинает обслуживание другого клиента, чем создаёт столпотворение у своего окна. Далее начинается поиск посылки для этого клиента, и снова беготня на несколько минут. Тем временем нашли мою посылку, но опять обслуживают не меня. Тупо базар.

Наше 163 отделение перенесли сюда. Я просто был шокирован! Работают все 5 окон, вежливые сотрудники, желают хорошего дня и тд. Очередь течет очень быстро. Молодцы!

Работа отделения с недавнего времени нареканий не вызывает. А вот отсутствие пандуса - безобразие ещё то! Не знаю, как обходятся инвалиды, а с детской коляской зайти одно мучение.
