+2 была за персонал, в таких условиях и за такую з.п. тяжело работать. При входе Вас встречает картонная табличка "Электронная очередь" (на этом из мира высоких технологий "всё"), встаёшь возле неё и кричишь - "Кто последний?" (иногда несколько раз, до положительного результата). Бывает, что очередей несколько (сразу не поймёшь, со стороны выглядит как одна хаотичная куча народу), каждая в своё окошко (тут вам ваша интуиция поможет в каком направлении двигаться). Персонал пользуется компьютерами эпохи Windows xp (предположительно, точно не знаю), они постоянно тормозят и виснут. Но, несмотря на это, девочки справляются очень оперативно (несколько это возможно). Ну по крайней мере мне не грубили ни разу (возможно, потому что я такой классный)

Постоянные очереди из-за того что работает только одно окно на прием. Приходится по 2 часа стоять и ждать, иногда даже прихожу в 11 или 16 часов, почти всегда одно и то же! И это не только в этом отделении а во многих других (Это со слов моих знакомых - они тоже постоянно много времени в очередях почтовых убивают). Честно скажу - невыносимая жесть. Моя бы воля, руководство почтовой службы по г.Ростову "на кол" бы посадил за такую организацию обслуживания клиентов в отделениях почты по городу.

Телефон не действующий. Дозвониться не реально. Такое ощущение, что телефонный аппарат отключён или с него снята трубка.
