Максимально наглые сотрудники, которые пытаются еще и развести на дорогие услуги. Сегодня отправляла посылку на Дальний Восток, и мне оператор Наталья Сухопляс пыталась впарить (по-другому не скажешь) доставку за 2600 руб! Спрашиваю - "Сколько будет стоить обычная доставка?" "Ну, это считать надо, взвешивать... Да вам это не дешевле обойдется, чем курьерская доставка, еще и упаковка бесплатная". Полчаса пыталась добиться от нее окончательной суммы, в итоге вышло на 1200 рублей дешевле! Потом стала меня отчитывать, что у меня там в посылке игрушка поет. Говорю: "Это что, запрещено к пересылке?". Отвечает: "Нет, но вообще-то вы должны были вытащить батарейки". Лично ей, видимо, должна. В финале вместо того, чтобы ускорить и без того затянувшийся процесс отправки, оператор стала говорить моей дочери: "Попроси у мамы чупа-чупс, пусть она тебе хоть что-то купит у нас!". И уже на выходе меня догнала женщина и сказала: "Вы не соглашайтесь на их предложения, они мне тоже хотели за тыщу посылку отправить, а я всего за 400 руб. в итоге выслала. Они всех так разводят". Нет, я понимаю, что на почте маленькие зарплаты, но какая-то совесть должна быть? Новое помещение для получения и отправления посылок открыли, а общаться с клиентами научить забыли.
