Нам отправили посылку из Германии, на которой было написано содержимое (в том числе и продукты питания). Посылка пришла 6.11.20, но само уведомление нам в почтовый ящик попало 13.11.20, к сожалению некоторые продукты были испорчены. Неужели нельзя было позвонить, как многие почтовые отделения это делают. Очень жаль, что сотрудники почты всегда остаются безнаказанными.

Внесу свою лепту в понижении репутации данной низнамочто. Людей заставляют стоять на улице в мороз. График не понятный. Сервис отвратный. Не пользуюсь больше.

Я очень часто заказываю различные товары в интернет-магазинах на иностранных сайтах. Обычно получаю посылки в другом почтовом отделении, но бывает что посылку по ошибке отправляют не по нужному адресу. Поэтому однажды здесь получала свою посылку. Понравилось обслуживание, так как предварительно я перезвонила сюда и уточнила, находится ли моя посылка здесь. Также меня обслужили без очереди, так как у меня было получение посылки без оплаты.

Не часто бываю на почте.Но вот на днях пришлось придти за посылкой.Была конечно же очередь.Но девушка-операционист,увидев у меня в руке бланк для посылки.Обслужила меня без очереди.очень вежливая,и подробно объяснила.А вот стоимостью конвертов я была удивленна.Стоят они 15-20 рублей.

Что за странный график работы? Все почты в городе работают с 8 до 8....здесь непонятно что....плюс постоянно нерабочие дни,как не придешь

Ужасное почтовое отделение. Всегда работает один человек на 30-40 людей. Не было такого ,чтобы не ждать час или два часа в этом почтовом отделении даже с маленьким ребёнком.

Почтовое отделение 355042 выделяется своей оперативной работой, стремлением помочь человеку, разобраться в той или иной ситуации. Все сотрудники данного отделения высокопрофессиональны.Особенно хочется выделить сотрудников Галину Ивановну и Ольгу Ивановну как позитивных и отзывчивых сотрудников с профессиональным отношениям к своим функциональным обязанностям.
