Новокузнецк. 654038. Уже вторую неделю не могу отправить заказное письмо. Ежедневно очередь более 25 человек! Работает одно окно. Работники почтового отделения утверждают, что зарплата столь низкая, что работать никто не хочет. Куда уходят деньги на зарплату сотрудников, не понятно. Люди разбегаются! Почтальоны говорят, что ответственный за это скотство, некий, цитата: "тунеядец по фамилии Гофман", который сидит в Главпочтамте Новокузнецка и категорически не желает выполнять своих обязанностей. На кадровый вопрос этот Гофман, похоже, "поклал с прибором". На посетителей Почты России, он, соответсвенно, тоже "поклал". Ну и кто он после этого, этот Гофман? Своё ли он занимает место? Такое впечатление, что более, чем для чистки сортиров руководство Новокузнецкого почтамта не годится.

Ужасно долгое ожидание. Работники как улитки. Приехал просто забрать посылку, но в итоге сидел только ждал час, хотя я был 5 в очереди.
