Хожу почти каждую неделю, сотрудницы умницы. Очередь при получении посылок из-за заполнения бланков, странно, что все с телефонами, но так мало людей, получающих посылки по смс. Так ведь быстрее.

Уже неделю работает только левая половина отделения, из-за этого огромные очереди на получение/ отправку/ переводы/ газеты/ консервы/ шоколадки и бог весть знает что, чем только почта теперь не занимается. При том, что в правом отделении сидят операторы, дверь туда закрыта.

Посещал это отделение до ремонта было мрачно. Сейчас все современно. Отправлял и получал грузы. Все хорошо. Цены по доставке средние. Сроки тоже. Все устраивает. Был случай, долго в очереди простоял один раз. Но у них, похоже кто-то не вышел или в отпуске был. Оставшийся сотрудник в-одиночку лопатил всех клиентов, бедняга

21-й век, прогресс, автоматизация, улучшение/ускорение всего и вся, совершенствование..-все это не про это отделение Почты (может и в других также). Вроде и работают молодые специалисты, но на скорости работы возраст никак не сказывается. Очередь из 5 человек обслуживается по 25 минут. Элементарные вопросы требуют длительного рассмотрения. Сотрудницы откровенно тупят (не быстро соображают). Некоторые при имеющейся очереди в зале, могут позволить себе сидеть на рабочем месте, просматривать свой телефон, и нагло заявлять, что они заняты работой. Отвратительное отношение к посетителям. Еще и товары выложили на продажу.. Руководство Почты на что надеется? Кто с такой скоростью работы будет терять время в очереди, чтобы купить здесь что-либо? Руководители, вы бы прошли "тайными покупателями" по своим отделениям, посмотрели бы как работа работается, может и сдвинулось бы чего..
