Регулярно получаю посылки. По телефону оформлено получение. Ожидание только в очереди) хороший персонал. Если с хорошим настроением приходить, то и тебе улыбнутся.

Случайно оказалась в этом отделении для отправки посылок, отсутствие ремонта не так уж страшно, и меня этим не испугать. Но... Работало 2 окна. В одном написано "окно 1 почта банк", второе окно 2))) ну постояла не в то окно, отправили в первое. Написано только наличный расчет, о чем еще оператор дважды спросила, благо, наличка была. Пришлось исправлять фамилию адресата, на что выслушала недовольство насчёт почерка, в итоге на одной посылке у отправителя в фамилии одна буква отсутствует, ну да ладно. И тут спрашивают, "а вы можете оплатить по карте?" мозг взорван, но несложно и по карте. Выдали один чек на общую сумму, спрашиваю, где идентификатор посмотреть, глаза закатила, что этот чек для нее, а мне потом отдадут два чека, всё можно объяснять спокойно, и назначение окошек можно подписать.

А я не пойму что у вас там случилось??? Программа у них не работает.. это повод выплескивать свой негатив на других людей? Я зашла и понятия не имела что у вас там что то не работает,передо мной стояли 2 женщины,и то не в то окно. Поздоровалась и попросила посмотреть мою посылку,на что на меня рявкают :-даже не здороваясь. Сразу кинулись со своим негативом. -как я посмотрю !?ничего не работает ,я уже 10 раз всем сказала.. не знаю,кому там что говорили,меня не было в этот момент. Я вообще не в курсе была. Ты по человечески ,а к тебе нет 👎
