Само отделение вполне нормальное. Сотрудники вежливые, очереди не было. В помещении чисто. Проблема в самой организации сортировки. Они регулярно отправляют посылки не на то отделение, которое указано отправителем. В связи с этим, мне создают неудобство при получении: нужно ехать на автобусе или такси в другое отделение и обратно с посылкой. И то далекое отделение не может мне доставить на адрес за плату от 200р,так как мой адрес не зоне их обслуживания. У меня вопрос: в чем проблема при сортировке доставить посылку по указанному на ней адресу?

Хотелось бы оставить отзыв о данном почтовом отделении , есть и очередь и вспышки гнева , включая сотрудников почты, в лице оператора Инги , которая когда хочет тогда и работает, когда хочет, тогда и уходит с рабочего места. Очень не понравился момент, когда этот человек просто отказался принимать посылки и письма, ссылаясь, что лучше уволится, чем будет таскать наши посылки. Вопрос, а почему же такой человек до сих пор сидит в отделении почтовой связи? Уж лучше пусть очередь, чем безолаберный , некомпетентный сотрудник, разве не так? Неужели нет управы и данная особа будет сидеть там и портить настроение своими выходками? Отдельно хочу сказать огромное спасибо оператору Надежде , ее терпению и доброжелательности позавидует каждый. Настолько стрессоустойчивый человек, который так предан своему не найти от слова совсем. Ей искренне желаю всего самого наилучшего. Благодаря ей, хочется возвращаться в это почтовое отделение, чтобы просто поблагодарить за ее труд. Он бесценен.

Отец отправлял посылку, Оператор Боско Инга (фамилия по чеку) без спроса, не спросив отца оформила посылку 1 классом!!!! Надо сказать, что посылка, по факту, не имела ценности, опять же молча поставила ценность в 500 руб!! Мало того, что вышла посылка за 1000 руб, так идёт уже больше положенного, безобразие, полнейшее безобразие!!!
