нормальное, по сравнению с остальными другими отделениями, где приходилось побывать. даже ТОП я бы сказал. тут получение посылок и платежи РАЗГРАНИЧЕНЫ и на кажое по несколько операторов.. в остальных отделениях дваа оператора на это все. и очереди до улицы.

Это не почта, это чёрная дыра какая-то, в которой бесследно пропадает корреспонденция. Отправляю родственникам письма - они либо идут полтора месяца, либо не приходят вообще, благополучно исчезая в недрах данного почтового отделения. Можно было бы, конечно, заказными письма слать, но почему я должна переплачивать, а получатели писем должны стоять в очереди за письмом на почте только по той причине, что почтальон не хочет принести по указанному адресу обычное письмо, а куда-то его выкидывает? Да и с заказным письмом после этого нельзя быть уверенным, что почтальон принесёт извещение по указанному адресу.

Отвратительно! Позвонила узнать пришли ли посылки, оператор сказала что они не говорят по телефону если нет трек-номера. Извещения они не присылают. Чтобы узнать пришло ли мне что-то нужно идти на почту с паспортом и узнавать там. Никаких оповещений. Все операторы грубые хамки. Очереди огромные, потому как работает всего один оператор. Отвратительный сервис.

Отвратительно! Воруют посылки! Приходишь с извещением стоишь час в очереди а они найти не могут! И работает один оператор постоянно! Остальные где?дурдом!!
