Ужасное Отделение! Дозвониться не реально! Трубку снимают, кладут рядом с телефоном и постоянно занято! Уволить всех!

Ужасная организация,приходил три раза за день.В последний торопился на занятия и мне не выдали посылку по фото паспорта,хотя можно и вообще без него,при этом нагрубив и игнорировав.

Худшее отделение, вечные очереди, медленные нерасторопные сотрудники, ещё и некомпетентные, сами не знают сколько нужно марок для отправки Открытки по России и предложили мне самой загуглить, а в итоге отправили вообще в другое окно заново занимать очередь. Еще на сайте была указана «попытка вручения» письма, за которым я пришла, хотя мы в то время были дома и очевидно, что никто и не пытался ничего вручить, пришлось переться к ним самой.

Пользуюсь услугами этого отделения давно и часто. Скажу так: операторы молодцы работают на пределе возможностей, если в отделении очередь то это не по вине операторов. Часто то ПО новое глючит, то комп старый. Чисты на руку, ни одной посылки именно в отделении не пропало. Желаю ребятам успехов, побольше зарплату и поменьше недовольных клиентов.
