Очень интересно,когда заработает электронная очередь? Как не зайдешь там вечные разборки кто за кем в очереди,неужели нельзя починить или заменить этот терминал..

Электронную очередь ввели, а подумать забыли!!! Час простояла в общей очереди за мелким пакетом,раньше получение было моментальным!!! Пропустила всех у кого трудоёмкие долгие операции, а на выдачу мне мелкого пакета затратили 20 секунд! Опаздала на работу! Сделайте отдельную очередь для получения и быстрых услуг или обслуживайте вне очереди!!!
