Посылки найти не могут. В итоге узнал что отправлена отправителю из за превышения срока хранения. Дурдом.

При поступлении посылки не известили. Подождали некоторое время и отправили обратно. При отправлении обратно известили смс. При обращении к ним обвенили отпровителя посылки.

Приехал в первый раз за посылкой, ее потеряли, хотя прислали смс о ее приходе в почтовое отделение, во второй раз в 18:58 выставили и отказали в обслуживании, потому что работают до 19:00, а не до 20:00 из-за того, что был предпраздничный день... причиной отказа стала длительность оформления посылки с наложенным платежом, аж целых 10 минут... клиентоориентированность на уровне, жду приключений в третий раз!!!
