Какой то кошмар , а не отделение! Мало того , что там вечно очереди, это можно пережить. Но персонал, это просто словами не передать. Отправлял посылку, оплатил наличными, блондинистая мадам( жаль не узнал фамилию!) берет мои деньги, смотрит и говорит, мол «ну все, чек выйдет и идите» Отдаёт чек, я стою, так как она должна ещё сдачу отдать. Говорю ей, а как же сдача. Так эта мадам смотрит на меня, как будто я ей ещё и что то должен. Нехотя даёт 100 р. я конечно понимаю, это мелочь для таких «уважаемых» людей, но извините, я лучше эти деньги бездумному отдам, чем работающим там! Ужасная атмосфера, работник ! Хоть и живу рядом, сюда больше ни ногой, только нервы трепать

Постоянно получаю посылки в этом отделении, не знаю как, но мне всегда попадались приветливые служащие и никаких проблем и хамства не было. Однажды потерялся денежный перевод из-за неправильных банковских данных, но мне помогли его найти.

Отвратительное хамское отношение. Особенно сотрудницы Сорокиной. Раньше были очереди, так люди хоть получали зачем пришли. Теперь у этой дамы одна задача- всех отшить чтобы не работать.
