В данном почтовом отделении №27 работать совершенно не хотят, грубят в ответ, всем своим видом показывают - "подождете, никуда не денетесь". Начав обслуживание одного клиента и еще не отпустив его, переключаются на другое, при этом совершенно не торопясь. На замечание клиента, отвечают " идите отсюда все, мы никого не держим". Что за хамство?!!! Мое письмо не приняли, сказав, что это уже посылка. Я была не против отправить как "посылку", нашлась новая проблема: "надо переписывать опись". Я согласилась переписать. Но т.к. работать оператору видимо не хочется, теперь уже и содержимое надо было почему-то разложить по разным отправлениям!!! Вообщем, не выдержав издевательства, отстояв при этом час в очереди, я ушла оттуда ни с чем.Считаю, что надо сделать выговор сотрудникам за неподобающее поведение и нерасторопность в работе. К слову сказать, в другом почтовом отделении №25 мое письмо приняли без проблем и сработали оперативно.

12 декабря пришла получить посылку от брата. Обслуживал молодой человек. Терпеливо, уважительно и сравнительно быстро. Большое спасибо.

В почтовом отделении номер 27 работают грубые не адекватные не люди, посылки из Китая доставляют и кидают в почтовый ящик, извещения не приносят на товар. Не чего у них нельзя спросить сразу психуют и грубят, в очереде стоять приходиться стоять по 2 часа, одного обслужат след.клиента минут через 15 только подзывают и так после каждого клиента отдыхают по 10-15 минут. Куда руководство смотрит или такие же лентяи как и подчинённые.
