Почта России, этим всё сказано. Раньше часто пропадали посылки, сроки доставки конские, постоянно не работает электронная очередь, персонал не замотивирован на продуктивную работу. Но и есть очень хорошие вежливые сотрудники.

Работа ужасная медленное обслуживание, можно спать в очереди, обработка полученных заказов длится по 2 дня- это не почта, больше похоже на склад!

это сейчас везде так работают у них отделения, по кране ме5ре в Братске... Плюс еще хамили в другом отделении и ничего не объясняли.. как найти потерянную посылку... Пришлось сайта почта.рф написать претензию , а она оказывается через москву прошла...и тут зав.отделением захотела пообщаться и помочь найти посылку...

очень медленное обслуживание занимает не меньше 1 часа. очень много дополнителных опции у почты: принимают платежи ЖКХ оплата интернета, продажа сим карт , и канцелярию продают, книги можно купить и т д из за этого выдача посылок очень медленная. Все эти возможности почты просто задерживают очередь.

аха, услуг понавешали, а работников сократили...!!! С начало бы ремонт сделали в отделениях, а то аж противно заходить ... даж не подумаю там на баланс ложить ... проще до отделения мобил.оператора дойти)))
