Это не отделение почты, а третий круг ада какой-то. Хрен дозвонишься, никогда не узнаешь что тебе что-то пришло, а если и пришло, то искать это будут несколько недель. Было даже такое, что написали на обычном листочке адрес и трек номер и кинули в ящик, ходили доказывали что оно наше, потом нас убеждали что мы его уже забрали и якобы сами написали эту бумажку, хотя на ней была подпись одного из сотрудников. Такое свинское отношение не встречалось ещё нигде.

Ужасное обслуживание, в очереди по 2 часа стоишь, летом не работает кондиционер, электронной очереди тоже нет!!!!

Какое то странное ощущение после похода на эту почту, вроде бы вежливые сотрудники, но осадок остался. Пришлось отправлять посылку. Купила собственную коробку в леруа, потому что по размеру подходила и бонально в 3 раза дешевле коробки на почте. Встретила сопротивление. Якобы я должна купить пару коробок на почте и распределить со своей по местным. Законом не запрещено отправлять в любой, целой коробке, так что в какой хочу в той и буду отправлять! Потом начали говорить, что коробка большая и такие они наверное и не отправляют, в общем 1000 отмазок, только чтоб не принимать. Хотя вес был всего 2,4 кг.

Безобразный сервис. Важное для меня письмо пришло в отделение 22 апреля, несколько раз по телефону звонила узнать пришло или нет, мне отвечали, что ничего нет. Но когда на сайте появилось сообщение что вручено в руки, я естественно поехала узнать кому ему вручили, на что мне сообщили что проставили галочки о получении случайно. Письмо тут же нашли, но это было уже 30 апреля, время упущено впереди майские праздники, спасибо почте России и ее амебоподобным равнодушным работникам.
