Это кошмар! Худшее отделение! Работают- еле шевелятся! В любое время очереди!! Чтобы просто получить посылку без оплаты, в лучшем случае 30 минут простоишь!!

Одно из ужасшейших отделений. Операторы самовольничают, посылки не отдают хоть был предоставлен штрих и проверочный код, общаются грубо, начальник отделения ушла, ничего не предприняв. Оператору ничего не мешает использовать полученный код, который я назвал, чтобы присвоить посылку себе. Надеюсь, этого не произойдет. Работают 1-2 окна из пяти, не больше. Дикие очереди регулярно.

Крайне редко пользуюсь услугами этим отделением посты, только в случае острой необходимости. Ужасный персонал - такое чувство, что своей работой делают тебе огромное одолжение. Суть ситуации - мне нужно было отправить посылку и когда я подошла к оператору Лихушиной Ирине Анатольевне, дождавшись своей очереди - мне Ирина заказала, что заполнять мне ничего не будет и я смогу отправить посылку только в одном случае- если я скачаю приложение на телефон и заполню данные самостоятельно. А что мне делать если у меня с собой только кнопочный телефон ? А если я старая бабушка и у меня нет интернета, а посылку внучаткам отправить нужно ? Ирина Анатольевна после моих уговоров заполнила данные сама- только стоимость посылки с 348₽ увеличилась на 897₽ нормальная такая прибавка. Я спросила такая большая стоимость обусловлена ее услугами, на что Ирина мне ответила «да, конечно». Эту ситуацию я так не оставлю, где доброжелательностью к людям ? Почему такие ситуации вообще возникают ?
