Очень ну очень большие очереди при отправке и получении отпрвлений ждал в очереди 60 минут работало два оператора народу было 20 человек еу сделайте что нибудь пишу постоянно а очереди все больше и блльше . Прошу Вас ответить что вы предпринимаете в этом вопросе

Каждый день огромные очереди. Ожидания в очередях в любое время моего появления составляет порядка ЧАСА! Чтобы получить посылку нужно ждать от часа или более и так каждый день. Я не знаю какими словами выражать возмущение... Уже 3ий день не могу получить посылку и руководству плевать, что пишут про почту и как она работает. Потому, что управляется это все якобы централизовано, работают "по указке с верху" видимо... В общем печально, что у нас все так происходит и всем плевать. А сотрудники этого отделения-герои, на них обрушивается шквал критики, но они совсем не причём! Работникам премии, а руководство в отставку...

Просто ужасное отделение! Неужели нельзя посадить одного человека на выдачу посылок? Как была почта в 90ые так и осталась, заходить противно, времени потратите ппц

Редко бываю на почте. Но стоит туда зайти, попадаешь в машину времени(время замедленное). Огромные очереди, практически всегда,сотрудники работают медленно.

На улице постоянно куча народу ждет. Почему не принимать быстрее и не добавить око приема? Маразм настоящий!

Да потому что ,привыкли ,чтоб каждый холоп ,знал свой шесток...И ни кто ,ничего ,менять не будет .Они от этого - хиреют и получают удовлетворение от своей нужности.За последние годы реформ, они -сотрудники почты ,поутратили ,свою былую нужность в массах ,очереди и хамство сотрудников как бы канула в века....Но тут COVID19 ,вернул все на свои места

Взяли и отправили мою посылку обратно, хотя в службе поддержки мне писали, что: «все посылки пришедшие в марте продлены на 2 месяца из-за карантина»...
