Ужасное обслуживание! Хуже нужно еще поискать!!! При отправке двух писем попросила отправить заказными оба. Позже как оказалось, одно оформили как заказное, а второе 1 классом (а это по цене дороже). И это случается со мною не первый раз. Я понимаю, что возможно работников обязывают уговаривать клиентов отправлять ускоренным письма, но когда втихую так поступают это уже выходит за рамки приличия. Я сказала, что хочу вернуть письма, мне их вернули, но стоимость писем не была возмещена. И на вопрос, почему одно из писем оформлено не так как я просила, оператор просто отвернулась и промолчала.

Звоню в почту не отвечают который раз .. Ответьте по скорее. Я не могу узнать мой заказ пришли или нет. ,мне на днях надо улететь а своё ещё заказ не могу получить

Думал, может что-то меняется в нашей почте но нет. Все ужасно. Пришел, очереди. Спросить не у кого, потому, что буду лезть без очереди. Постоял минут 10 в окошке выдача писем. Очень долго обрабатывают некоторые запросы. Дошел и мне сказали, что заказные оказывается выдаются в другом окошке, где написано Выдача посылок. Также неудобно, что заказные теперь не кидают в ящики. Персонал был вежлив, но вышел я злой
