В отличии от других отделений Воронежа, в этом, работники более вежливые!!!!Это огромный плюс .. !! Если б не их терпение, то вообще б почтой люди не пользовались.. Отправляли срочное письмо в Москву...Системой ускоренной почты.. 11 числа отправили..сегодня 19 вечер..Никаких смс уведомлений о вручении не было, как обещали... Стали искать, нашли сами..Доставили 15 числа после 18 вечера..Все равно..что 16 числа..Какая ж это срочная доставка, 2-3дня?? Смысл в такой "срочности" хорошо хоть вообще не потерялось письмо... 21 век..а почта все такая ж...Три дня полем и три дня лесом.. Хорошо, хоть интернет есть....

не отправляют заказные письма только первым классом, в очереди стоять приходится минимум минут 40 спокойно и до 1,5 доходит. Вешают какую то лапшу на уши что не могут отправить письма не первым классом и отказываются отправлять заказными.

Отвратительное отношение, отвратительное обслуживание, ждать час пока до тебя очередь дойдёт для отправки это не нормально, когда у всех транспортных компаний максимальное обслуживание клиента занимает до 5 минут тут же целых 10 а то и 15!

купите им скотч, из-за отсутствия брендированного скотча, заставляют покупать пакеты для отправления посылок, что является нарушением закона если разобраться.

Хорошее отделение, несмотря на большое количество людей по вечерам. Очередь по талонам. Окна пронумерованы. Табло показывает в какой стороне окно, очень удобно. Спасибо персоналу. Всегда ответят на вопросы, объяснят, помогут.
