Ужасное обслуживание. Сотрудники работать не хотят. Из всех окон работает постоянно только 1, из-за этого ужасные очереди. Сотрудники ходят без дела. Если бы можно поставить 0 или минус, то была бы более честная оценка. И 1 балла им много. Не заслужили. Ручек для заполнения бланков нет. Полная антисанитария. Ни какого соблюдения правил безопасности во время пандемии. О масках и перчатках работники не слышали и о социальной дистанции тоже. И в добавок ужасное хамство сотрудников

Сотрудники нормальные, работают хорошо, только их мало всегда, и плохо оаботает кондиционер внутри помещения. В 37 градусов жары можно задохнуться внутри.

В отделении нет пакетов для посылок, никаких, вообще! Говорят: "Нет во всём городе!" Предлагают только большие коробки, на любые вопросы отвечают "я не знаю, меня это не касается". Просто не принимают посылку, кроме как в своих коробках. Это ок? Электронная очередь не работает. Тоже, наверное, по всему городу. Спрашиваешь: "Можно отправить посылку?", в ответ: "Нет, обратитесь к другим сотрудникам!" И так проходишь по всем свободным окнам — все очень заняты, не до тебя. Сотрудницы откровенно хамят и проявляют максимальное безразличие. Не каждому человеку удаётся сохранять терпеливый тон при общении с ними. Проблемы старается решить только их руководитель, может не руководитель, а просто адекватный сотрудник, не знаю. Но благодаря ей мне нашли пакет и посылку отправили. Спасибо Вам за отзывчивость!

Всегда очередь. Говорят,что тупит программа. В прошлый раз коммуналку не приняли, заглючило у них что-то. Вечером лучше не ходить, людей очень много.
