Хреновое отделение, хреновые сотрудники и в целом не только это отделение, но и почта России в целом хреновая организация. Все НЕ ДЛЯ ЛЮДЕЙ. Операторы делают ошибки в ФИО, при этом исправляешь их два три раза, а отправляют в итоге все равно на имя, указанное с ошибками, потом идешь и опять ЗА СВОИ ЖЕ ДЕНЬГИ пишешь заявление о смене грузополучателя с правильными ФИО. После этого это заявление не привязывают к посылке, получатель не может забрать посылку с почты, при этом никто не знает где заявл ение находится. После того как заказываешь доставку на дом, хотя почтовое отделение находится в соседнем доме, посылку отправляют в другой конец города, чтоб ее доставила служба доставки, потому что посылка весит 5 кг, ПЯТЬ ДОЛБАННЫХ КИЛОГРАММ, это не 50, это не 20 и это даже не 10. Видите ли, как мне сказали операторы, ни один почтальон не будет ТАЩИТЬ ТАКУЮ ТЯЖЕСТЬ НА СЕБЕ. Вы серьезно, люди? Вы там адекватные? Отправили в курьерскую доставку на другой конец города, чтоб привезти ее обратно в соседний от почты дом. При это доставка будет до 16 февраля, когда 10 числа посылка уже находилась в почтовом отделении, но получить то ее нельзя, так как заявление о смене грузополучателя никто не привязал. Все сотрудники как на подбор: грубые, хамят, отношение такое, будто посетители мусор. Злости не хватает! Остается только пожелать, чтоб отношение к таким вот НЕЛЮДЯМ, работающим в данной хреновой конторишке, было такое же как когда обращаешься к ним, только во сто крат больше. Чтоб на своей шкурёнке ощутили всю прелесть отношения к себе как к мусору. А ведь все возвращается… Надеюсь те нелюди, которые там работают читают этот отзыв сейчас, возможно смеются и злорадствуют, НО бумеранг уже летит. Ждите недолго осталось. – показать
