Навязывают покупку своих пакетов для отправки посылки. Маленьких пакетов нет, только от 70 рублей. Согласно требованию к упаковке на сайте ПОЧТЫ РОССИТ, упаковка может быть и своя, а не в их пакет 100%!!! Сдек намного лучше и честнее.

Отделение связи кошмар,всегда почти много клиентов,очередь.Обслуживают медленно,не всегда вежливы(если кто-то испортил настроение,это не значит,что можно срывать на других) Постоянно меняются работники,уже писала на сотрудников жалобу,только отписки!Вывод один,каково начальство,такие и сотрудники!

Сотрудники работают оперативно, но их маловато. Давно уже посылки выдают по номеру телефона, что облегчает получение. Само почтовое отделение выглядит не очень - немного освежить ремонт (круто, что внутри сохраняются советские фрески, хотелось бы видеть коллаборацию современного и истории), добавить новых технологий - и будет лучшее отделение.
