Жалко, нельзя поставить ноль! Самая равнодушная организация, конечно, они же монополисты и им просто плевать на людей. Ждала международную посылку, никакого уведомления мне с почты не приходило, а потом случайно выяснила, что посылку вернули отправителю. И я на один день разошлась с посылкой, вот представьте она в Москве, но заведующая мне говорит « никто искать и возвращать не будет».ей всё равно, даже не попыталась связаться и узнать! «Ваша посылка, Вы и должны её отслеживать» вот такой сервис! Их руководство кричало, что хранение будет продлено до 60 дней. Враньё! Почта России - лень, враньё и равнодушие! Очень желаю, чтобы появилась альтернативная служба доставки или сменилось Ваше руководство! Сейчас это позорный сервис!

приходила получать посылку, была в шоке, честно говоря: очереди нет совсем, вежливые доброжелательные сотрудники, объяснили что и как, предложили новые опции выдачи посылок. я спокойно распаковала посылу прямо в отделении, рассмотрела, посидела за столиком, никто не выгонял.

Уже два раза получал посылки, Всё вежливо, с отсутствием больших очередей, персонал вежливый, корректный, подсказывают как лучше сделать. Хорошо и с участием относятся к пожилым людям. Помещение не большое, но всё приемлимо и чисто. Спасибо за работу

Сегодня 23.02.2018 г почтальен почтового отделения расположенного по адресу Москва, улица Хабаровская, 14 к.1 разносил квитанции на оплату телефона. Конкретно Красноярская ул.,д.13. Вот только срок оплаты должен производиться до 20.02.2018?! Не правда ли похоже на парадокс. Или кто то работает не на своем месте? Кому нужна такая услуга — разнос квитанций на оплату с опозданием?
