Будьте бдительны, проверяйте и уточняйте как оформляется ваша посылка, т.к в данном отделении без спроса ставят ускоренную доставку, которая может быть в 1.5 раза дороже по стоимости. Видимо в отделении пытаются выполнять планы руководства за счет клиентов.

Если отправляешь письмо от юр.лица они накручивают стоимость выше и говорят о невозможности отправить простым письмом, что этим занимаются только специальные отделения все это бред. Даже начальник отделения хотела нас развести и не приняли данное письмо. Когда я оставил притензию через колл-центр влруг стало все можно. Какая начальница такие и сотрудники хамы.

Хожу отправлять корреспонденцию и посылки именно сюда. Чудесная команда сотрудников. Работают оперативно, помогают, много подсказывают. Сделан ремонт, стало комфортно. И да, выдержка у девушек железная, чтобы выслушивать бред бредовый от посетителей. Увы, стрессоустойчивость на почте необходима.

С частичной сменой персонала и ремонтом тут стало гораздо лучше. Работают оперативно, посылки доставляют как правило во время. В самом отделении можно купить книжки, открытки и даже мягкие игрушки. Бывают конечно очереди, но мне как правило удается угадать когда очередей нет.
