К сотрудникам отделения нареканий нет: - всегда быстро (по электронной очереди) обслуживают, - консультируют и помогают по вопросам, как отправить посылку так, чтобы цена пересылки была по возможности минимальной, - получение посылок быстрое (тоже по электронной очереди). - сотрудники всегда вежливы и спокойны. В период ограничений, связанных с пандемией, соблюдаются условия дистанцирования: сотрудники в перчатках, количество посетителей контролируется (до 2х человек в помещении). Товары и услуги можно оплатить наличными и по карте. Удобные часы работы данного отделения: соответствуют вывеске, указанной при входе в отделение. Из минусов - под конец дня имеется мусор у стола для заполнения бланков и конвертов, но это скорее проблема посетителей, которые этот мусор (упаковка от посылок, чеки) оставляют. Отсутствие ремонта здания не мешает пользоваться услугами отделения, но можно сделать косметический ремонт.

Очень часто получаю посылки с почты в этом отделение. Мне нравятся сотрудники данного почтового отделения: вежливые , приветливые и просто приятно общаться. Если скапливается очередь, сотрудники быстро реагируют и распределяют людей на все окна выдачи. Всегда приятно зайти.
